Thank you for choosing Balloom Co, where your balloon garlands will blossom.

In order to secure your event date and time you must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. By paying your 50% non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms:

• You have agreed to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total quote, with the remaining balance due 72 hours prior to your event.
  Delayed final payment may result in the cancellation of setup.

• If you must cancel your event setup, Balloom Co may reallocate your non-refundable deposit one time, as a courtesy, to another date and time, (based on availability).

• Preparing your balloons starts several days before your event; if you need to cancel your event within 72 hours of the date, you may be subject to additional materials costs if you wish to reschedule.

• If you or anyone at your event has a latex allergy, please let Balloom Co know prior to paying your deposit. Unfortunately, Balloom Co will not be able to complete your project if any latex allergies are known. Balloom Co is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur without prior knowledge of the allergy.

• We work in a professional and respectful environment, as such we reserve the right to cancel your event setup for any reason prior to your event if our interaction and communication does not meet this standard.
  If this occurs, we will refund you all fees minus your non-refundable deposit unless otherwise discussed.

• We cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons once they have been delivered; all balloon sales are final.

Rentals:

• All arches, florals and props are available for rent only, and will be picked up by Balloom Co after your event at a pre-determined date and time. If rental props and items are being used for an outdoor/overnight setup, they must be moved indoors and away from the elements after the event until the pre-determined pickup date and time.

• Rentals props and non-balloon items are quality-checked before your event and are expected to be returned in the condition they were initially rented to you. You will be liable for any damage or missing items.
